The housing complex adapts to the diversity of users and their current and future needs, with a degree of flexibility that allows it. Through a dry public square, it is integrated into the neighborhood and cultural circuit embracing the Meridiano park.
This square generates a transition between the neighborhood and the building. it gives space to the city and is linked through facilities that revitalize the area (city 24 hours).The building rises with a base of 4 levels and grows in height in the form of a plate giving the best views of the neighborhood.
