The aim of the project is to revive Erbil’s train station after it has been removed many years ago.The lines starts from ‘Ibrahim Khalil,goes through Erbil and the to Kerkuk. The tren station consists of 4 rail lines that merge to become 2 lines.
A metro line also runs through the project for people travelling with metro.
Tren station,the main shell that can be seen is the main structure of the building spanning 280 meters, which will bw made of steel and glass and be supported on 10 big columns, besides the main structure there will be traditional columns in the interior to hold the roof of the basement and groundfloor. The entrance to the project will be from the first floor, and many parking spaces have been provided in the basement for long stays and on site for short visit.
